Description
Biological data collected on 12 Cruises of the chartered fishing vessel "Rachel" in the Arafura Sea between January 1984 and May1985. The dataset consists of length, sex, species identity data for sharks, mainly Carcharhinus tilstoni, Carcharhinus sorrah, Scomberomorus commerson and Thunnus tonggol, from gillnet and longline samples. This dataset was collected as part of the CSIRO Northern Pelagic Fish Stock Research Project.
